More and more consumers are looking to shop for products and/or services by typing in specific geo-terms like: county names, cities, and zip codes as part of their search criteria.
Building Geo-Targeting Content Pages:
It is fun building out Geo-Targeting content pages for real estate agents or local businesses. You can choose to add the pages directly to your website or you blog for your potential clients to review. We did some work for a terrific Chester County Real Estate Agent.

Downingtown High School is a secondary school located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and Uwchlan Township, Pennsylvania. Population growth in the burgeoning Downingtown Area School District forced the original Downingtown High School to split into two campuses: Downingtown High School East Campus and Downingtown High School West Campus. While still legally considered one school, the two campuses (usually referred to simply as "East" or "West") are generally regarded as separate entities. While Downingtown West is located in the original high school's building within Downingtown, Downingtown East is actually located in Lionville, the northern side of Exton, Pennsylvania. Downingtown High School was rated a 9 out of 10 for great schools based on a series of data analysis.
Snippets of History:
George Washington fought the battle of the Brandywine, the biggest battle of the American Revolution, in Chester County; the Paoli Massacre was long regarded as the second nastiest event of that campaign. The only President of the United States to come from Pennsylvania (James Buchanan) haled from Lancaster, not terribly long after it split off from Chester County. Chester County was one of the three original Pennsylvania counties created by William Penn in 1682.

Whatever you decide keep focused on your local areas where you can get the biggest return on your investment. Then create the appropriate geo-target pages and ensure all the internal linking is completed.
